- Two divided garlic cloves
- One can garbanzo beans (approx 19 ounces), half the liquid reserved
- Four tablespoons lemon juice
- Two tablespoons tahini
- One teaspoon salt
- Black pepper as required
- Two tablespoons olive oil
Step 1: Cut garlic cloves inside a blender. Add garbanzo beans with that. Reserve around one tablespoon for later garnishing. Then join reserved liquid, lemon juice, tahini, and salt. Mix till it turns creamy and well mixed.
Step 2: Shift the mix to a serving pot. Add some pepper and splash olive oil across the top. Then it needs to garnish with preserved garbanzo beans.
