An excellent example of this would be one cup of raw leafy vegetables, half a cup of prepared vegetables, and three fourth cups of vegetable juices. If you add many vegetables to a smoothie or two tasty, you will probably find your daily vegetable needs without a problem!

When among your main goals for the brand new calendar year is to lose a few pounds and consider recipes to reduce your smoothie, do it! This healthy recipe can be whipped up quickly in your blender in no time, and you can walk out the door every morning full of energy.
If you have insufficient time in the morning to prepare this recipe before you leave, make it an early evening and good to go.
A few blenders require only a tiny amount of liquid, while others may need very little vegetable smoothie recipes. If you choose to make your smoothie a little lighter, start with a smaller amount than the recommended volume and work your way up.
Feel free to try things out; make this recipe as accurate as you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
Liquid – Start with one cup of liquid – Maybe filtered water/kombucha / kefir water / raw apple juice or your favorite liquid. Increase the fluid if needed to make your vegetable smoothie recipe a good texture to meet your needs.
Beet – Half inch piece or taste
Carrot – One measure
Cucumber – One average dose
Spinach leaf – One or two hand
Tomatoes – Small to medium size
Lemon juice – A liquid from freshly squeezed in large quantities
Optional-Sweetener – A few drops of Stevia liquid that she selects for (be careful because it is VERY powerful!)
Directions:
Add the purified liquids and ingredients to your blender. Process all ingredients until silky.
Sip and enjoy!
