Most of the Weight loss plans nowadays lead to constant fatigue and tiredness. You will starve, and your appetite for food will be hard to resist. Do not cut down on nutritious foods – grease your fruit, vegetables, lean meats with a tasty, smoky, and satisfying diet without feeling guilty about losing extra pounds.
Today I am going to share these healthy and delicious weight loss recipes:
Kale and Mushroom Turkey Burger
Eight burger buns, mostly wheat
Half kg of soil
Four baby mushrooms
Two cups fresh curly kale
One-fourth cup chopped sweet onions
Two tablespoons olive oil
One tablespoon chopped fresh oregano leaves
One tablespoon chimichurri sauce
One-fourth teaspoon minced garlic
One-fourth teaspoon of salt
Slices of avocado, for serving
The olive oil needs to be heated in a container over medium heat, and remove the onions and garlic until tender. Combine mushrooms and kale and cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Allow cooling. When ready, mix a mixture of mushrooms and kale with turkey soil and season with oregano, chimichurri, and salt. Using clean hands, make them into patties. Then Cook on a pre-heated (medium heat) grill, turning once to the desired consistency. Coats with optional sauces and top with turkey patty and avocado slices.
Honey-Yogurt Peaches (Grilled)
Three peaches, cut in half, and crushed
Two cups plain Greek yogurt
One-fourth cup honey
Blend Greek yogurt and honey in a small bowl. Set aside. Cook the peaches on a warm grill before medium heat, cutting the side down until the grill marks are visible. When ready, top roasted peaches with honey and yogurt. Sprinkle cinnamon powder before serving.
Grilled beef and sweet potato chips
1/2 kilogram sirloin steaks, slightly sliced
6 cups cubed sweet potatoes, steamed
3 cups finely chopped cabbage
1 cup chopped white onion
1 cup chopped fresh basil
Three tablespoons lemon juice
Three tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
Two tablespoons canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
One teaspoon brown sugar
Cook the beef on a pre-heated grill over medium-high heat until appropriately cooked (middle portion pink), about two to three mins per side. To make the dressing:
- Combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, canola oil, chili garlic sauce, and brown sugar in a glass jar and stir to combine the ingredients well.
- Place the cabbage and onions in a bowl and toss with half of the dressing.
- Place the roast beef, sweet potatoes, and cabbage salad in a serving dish.
- Strip a squash, grind it and squeeze the juice.
- Serve with tortillas.
