One of the main reasons why most of us do not eat right is that we do not know how to cook healthy food conveniently. In the past, people lived longer and more robust and had more to do with their diet. They ate fresh, natural, healthy food that which prepared at their home. There were not any fast-food chains and typical restaurants available. Home-cooked food tastes better anyway. But the upcoming generation of modern people today has not been raised in the kitchen. They can be tech-savvy and intelligent, but most do not even know how to boil an egg.
If you are liable for all that, it is probably time to change. Experience fresh, nutritious foods that are low in fat and rich in nutrients, and not unhealthy. I am going to share this today is how to cook food without oil or butter. I know it’s tempting to dump your oil and fry everything, but that’s not the way to do it. Excess oil can add an unwanted amount of unhealthy fats, even to everything. Do not think that I am recommending olive oil to replace fat-based oils. Those who are skilled in the kitchen may already be familiar with the following methods because they have a piece of basic knowledge, but for those who have never taken a pot in their lives, here is how you do it.
Oil-free Sautee: It’s pretty easy to prepare sautee without fat. Instead of oil, use water or a vegetable plant. When cooking vegetables, you only need to add a little water because the vegetables have water inside.
Poaching without egg: Eggs are not the only thing you can serve, you know. You can add red meat and white meat to vegetable stock or chicken stock or wine and even milk. Put your food in a delicious liquid and allow it to boil until properly cooked.
