Chocolate fondant Petit gâteau, Chocolate Lava cake

It is a dessert composed of a small chocolate cake with the crunchy rind and mellow filling that is conventionally served hot with vanilla ice cream on a plate. In French, the terms for the chocolate cake are "gâteau fondant au chocolate" or simply "fondant au chocolate
10 pcs cakes

300  Gr dark chocolate 65%
250 gr butter unsalted 
200 gr caster
50  gr icing sugar
2      pcs eggs
3      psc egg yolk
100 gr flour
3      gr baking powder
1      gr wasabi powder


  1. Butter, chocolate melt together in a microwave oven and set aside
  2. Mix Eggs and yolks, both sugar, using electric mix low speed – do not over whip it
  3. Pour the chocolate into the eggs mixture
  4. Fold sifted wasabi - flour with together into the mixture
  5. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before putting into the molder and bake
  6. Place 80 grams of the mixture into baking tin bake at 170 C – 8 minutes
