INGREDIENTS
300 Gr dark chocolate 65%
250 gr butter unsalted
200 gr caster
50 gr icing sugar
2 pcs eggs
3 psc egg yolk
100 gr flour
3 gr baking powder
1 gr wasabi powder
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
- Butter, chocolate melt together in a microwave oven and set aside
- Mix Eggs and yolks, both sugar, using electric mix low speed – do not over whip it
- Pour the chocolate into the eggs mixture
- Fold sifted wasabi - flour with together into the mixture
- Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before putting into the molder and bake
- Place 80 grams of the mixture into baking tin bake at 170 C – 8 minutes
